Palm Valley Roofing From the Crew That Starts and Finishes It

We are a small roofing company, in business since 1995, and we keep the same people on your roof from the first inspection to the final magnet sweep. The person who checks your decking is the person who nails it down, so nothing gets lost between steps.

Why we stay small on purpose

Many roof problems trace back to a handoff. A salesperson promises one thing, a different crew installs another, and the flashing at a chimney or a sidewall gets guessed at. We set up our company to avoid that. The people who inspect your roof are the people who tear it off, dry it in and set the ridge.

We are a licensed general contractor, so we pull the permit for your reroof and meet the inspector ourselves. The Florida Building Code has specific rules for deck nailing patterns, underlayment and secondary water barriers. When the inspector walks the job, the crew that did the nailing is there to answer the questions.

A small team means we take on fewer roofs at once. We finish one before starting the next, and your questions go to someone who has actually stood on your roof. Because we know exactly who did every part of the job, we back it with our 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work on your home

  • Findings before a price

Every visit starts on the roof, and in the attic when we can reach it. We photograph lifted shingle tabs, cracked pipe boots, soft decking and rusted fasteners. You see the pictures before we talk about repair or replacement.

  • Repair when repair will hold

A worn pipe boot or a loose run of drip edge does not call for a new roof. If the underlayment has failed across a whole slope, though, new shingles over it only move the leak. We tell you which one you have and why.

  • Storm claims taken step by step

After high wind, our free post-storm inspection records creased tabs, missing shingles and bent flashing in pictures you keep. We coordinate with your insurance adjuster ourselves and try to meet them on the roof, so both sides are looking at the same damage. Whether it is covered remains your insurer's decision.

  • A protected yard and a clear budget

Tarps go over shrubs and AC units before tear-off, and a magnetic sweeper covers the driveway and lawn at the end of each day. Financing is available when a full replacement needs to be spread out.

Where our crew works

We work on homes in Palm Valley and nearby, including Sawgrass, Nocatee, Fruit Cove, World Golf Village, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach. Salt air near the ocean corrodes exposed fasteners and metal flashing faster, so we choose fastener and flashing materials with that in mind. Wherever your home sits, the same small team handles roof repair, roof replacement, metal roofing, gutters and roof inspections from start to finish.

Talk with the people who will do the work

Tell us what you are seeing on your roof, and we will set up a visit. After a storm the inspection is free, and so is the estimate for any work we recommend.
