How the Conversation Goes
Our first questions are about the symptoms you have seen: a brown ring on ceiling drywall, shingle tabs lifted after wind, granules collecting in the gutters, or a drip near a plumbing vent. Those clues tell us where to look first, whether it is the flashing, the underlayment or the decking below. Then we settle on a visit time that suits your schedule.
We are a small team, so the people who walk your roof are the same people who do the work. We photograph what we find, explain the cause and give you a written estimate. For storm damage, we work directly with your insurance adjuster on the claim, and financing is available if you want to talk it through.
Have These Ready Before You Call

- Where water or damage shows inside, including which rooms and ceilings.
- The date of the storm and your claim number, if you have already filed one.
